All sales are final (within reason). If you chose the wrong size email us your info and order number and we'll give you your correct size if it is in stock. If you were shipped the wrong size or product, email us at once and we'll send you the return instructions.
Shipping & Delivery Info
We ship from California through USPS first class & priority mail. For domestic orders please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 2-5 days for shipping time (time may vary). For international orders allow 1-3 days processing and around 7 days shipping. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once the package has been processed, if your tracking number wasn't sent then email us and we'll provide one. If your tracking number hasn't updated please give it a few days to update, if still no progress email us and we'll look into it. If your country doesn't appear on the shipping options email us and we'll add it. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have left our hands.

I have a general question, how can I contact you guys?
Email us at email@example.com or go to the Contact page at the top of the website. We do not check our twitter or Instagram messages as often as we do our email. Please allow some time for your email or message to be responded to as we are a small team.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we accept PayPal as well as most credit/debit cards domestic and international.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, if your country doesn't appear in the shipping options during checkout, email us the name of your country and we'll have it setup immediately.
I put my address in wrong/moved addresses, how can I fix it?
Email us with the correct address and we'll ship it there instead. If your order has already been shipped and you realize the address is wrong please email us with your problem.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for another size?
Possibly, however it isn't guaranteed.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping cost depends on how many items you purchase and the weight of those items. You'll see your shipping cost once you begin to checkout.
Can you send me some stickers?
Each web store purchase will come with some stickers.
When will you restock?
Restocks are random, sign up for the email newsletter at the bottom of the page or follow us on twitter/instagram (@squad1998) to stay updated.
Do you promote/sponsor people?
No we do not.
Do you have a skate team/can you sponsor me as a skater?
No we do not have a skate team however we do sell skateboard decks and are all skateboarders ourselves. No we do not sponsor skateboarders however feel free to send us some footage or video parts for fun.
Are you looking for a photographer?
Usually not but feel free to send us your portfolio and we'll take it into consideration.
